When a child is born, all rejoice; when someone dies, all weep. But it makes as much sense, If not more, to rejoice at the end of a life as at the beginning. For no one can tell what events await a newborn child, but when a moral dies he has successfully completed a journey.

          - The Talmud

Right now you may be mourning for a life lost. But you can also celebrate that life lived.

Celebrate the good time you had together.

Celebrate how the deceased enriched your world.

Celebrate the wonderful things that person meant to you.

And remember, it doesn’t matter how long that loved one’s life was. Like a beautiful symphony, it is the beauty of the music that matters—not the length of the piece.
